连接自然的四个阶段:
1. 感官意识

Physical Embodiment: Sinking into the water, the sand, the skin of a bobcat or vulture. Know that we are one, we are interdependent, and we are nature together.
Compassion and empathy: We found a dead bird and the child asked “Is its mom sad?” Knowing a place and the living things that inhabit that place leads to a knowing, 一个充满爱的, 一种责任.
